Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us via the online contact form within 7 days of the delivery date. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds in respect of:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery or sale items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your item(s). We will also confirm whether your refund is approved.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. Please note that this could take several working days depending on your bank or credit card supplier.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You must also obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Son & Son. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
